Unauthorized access or expired work session.

| When you connect to our servers, a work session is automatically created after the authentication procedure (site name and password). Once logged in, if you remain inactive (if your Internet browser does not interact with our servers) for a long period of time (10 to 20 minutes), your work session will automatically be ended. |
This automatic procedure originates from the fact that Internet servers are never notified when a user closes their Internet browser. Therefore, servers wait for a certain amount of time (which is 10 to 20 minutes on average) before unilaterally deciding to end the work session in order to free up their resources for other users. |

| To log back in, it is highly recommended to start by closing all of the browser windows opened to your administration site. You can then restart the authentication procedure using your site name and password. |
